Dream Baby

Special Baby

Ten toes, ten fingers, two eyes, one nose,

Maybe someday we can tell her,

Maybe someday she will know,

Wished for, waited upon,

Dreambaby, a reality,

In their arms

Feeling the warmth

The miracle of her consume them,

Quaffing the precious moment

Kissing her tiny hand over and over again

The blessing of her birth

The wonder of her conception

Now in the bed where she was conceived

They cradled their daughter at her birth

One tear falls

To her forehead christening her

Melissa Kristina, Dreambaby.
